Gene regulation in development

Embryonic development is a time of many changes. Cells are changing their locations, fates and identities. Genes need to turn on and off at the right time. This is important as de-repression of unwanted genes during embryogenesis can cause birth defects. Our lab studies gene regulation in development and disease.

We welcome collaborations with scientists and clinicians to solve the mysteries of human biology.
